HOW WE CAN HELP
Support that fits real life.
From everyday routines to changes at home, occupational therapy can help you keep doing what matters to you. The right support starts with understanding your needs, your surroundings and your goals.
At Pink Sky Wellbeing, we provide assessments, practical advice and ongoing support to help people manage daily activities, use suitable equipment and make their homes safer. We also help families and carers understand changing needs and plan for the future.
Whether you’re planning ahead, recovering from illness or adjusting to a health condition, we’ll work with you to find practical ways to support your independence and quality of life.
WHO WE CAN HELP
Support for you and the people you care for.
Support needs can change over time. You may be planning for the future, recovering from illness or finding that everyday activities have become more difficult.
Pink Sky Wellbeing supports older adults and people living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease, stroke, frailty and other health conditions that affect daily life.
Older adults are our main area of focus, but we also welcome enquiries from people of other ages seeking support to live safely and independently at home.
Individuals
Support to help you manage everyday activities, feel more confident at home and keep doing what matters to you.
Whether you’re adjusting to a health condition, recovering from illness or planning ahead, we can help with assessments, equipment advice, home modifications and practical strategies for daily living.
We also welcome people seeking a second opinion about equipment, home modifications or complex care needs, including self-funded retirees and others arranging their care privately.
Family & Carers
Caring for someone can bring questions, challenges and changing responsibilities. We provide practical guidance to help you understand their needs and feel more confident in your caring role.
Support can include dementia care planning, family education, equipment advice and safer ways to assist with movement and transfers.
We work with you and your loved one to support their independence, comfort and quality of life, while considering your needs as a carer too.
Aged Care & Community Services
We work alongside care coordinators, aged care providers, community services and health professionals to support people with everyday living and complex care needs.
Our services include occupational therapy assessments, home safety reviews, equipment recommendations, home modification advice and guidance for carers and support teams.
We provide clear, practical recommendations that help inform care planning and support each person’s goals at home and in the community.
